Marty Baird partners with his wife, Lydia, and is the face of Robinson & Associates, Inc. As the company’s marketing professional and facilitator, he is the person that most clients see. Marty has been helping businesses measure, manage and improve customer service for over 20 years. He has personally trained tens of thousands of people on how to improve customer service.

When he’s not helping to improve customer service, Marty’s passions are his family and sneaking out to go fly fishing.
